Educated in Human Resource, a field of study that focuses on developing HR professionals and improving HR practices within organizations. It includes training and development, performance management, organizational behaviour, and leadership.

Thirty years in the service sector in management, a field that focuses on managing and optimizing service-oriented businesses. Working in the hospitality, retail, and home service industries. Experience in managing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategies for business growth.

Fifteen years in the franchisee system, they are partnering on marketing and sales strategies. Owning two different franchise models gives me the knowledge to help other franchises to create inclusive marketing and sales processes that pay.

A business owner with nearly 20 years of experience refers to the knowledge, skills, and expertise gained from owning and managing a business. This includes budgeting, marketing, customer service, operations, and leadership.
