JELifeStyle was founded by a mother-daughter team

Jenn grew up in Ontario and graduated with a degree in Human Resources. From the start of her career, she has been passionate about both numbers and people — understanding that strong businesses require systems that support the humans behind them.

Over the past 25+ years, Jenn has been a business owner and operator across three home service franchise systems, gaining hands-on experience in scaling operations, leading teams, and delivering consistent customer experiences across multiple locations. Her early career included working with several large corporations, from one of the first Tim Hortons franchises to the largest Kids & Baby GAP in Canada, further shaping her deep appreciation for service excellence and operational efficiency.

Driven by a love of learning and a commitment to balance, Jenn adopted technology early to support her leadership style and reduce operational friction. That foundation ultimately led to the creation of Go-JEL — a people-first platform designed to simplify communication, streamline processes, and help business owners reclaim time, focus, and clarity

Emma was raised in the home renovation industry, working alongside the family businesses from a young age. With entrepreneurship woven into her upbringing, it was a natural progression into business ownership and leadership.

Just two weeks after graduation, Emma took over all communications for JE Design & Decor, including Budget Blinds and Floor Coverings International. As the family businesses expanded, Emma discovered a passion for branding, beauty, and customer experience — launching her own successful lash business, Marble Lash.

Today, Emma serves as the Marketing and Communication Specialist for JELifeStyle. She works closely with clients to design engaging customer care experiences, build brand consistency, and support what we call a

Best-in-the-World Customer Experience.

Meet Geraldine

Geraldine is our Tech Specialist and the backbone of your Go-JEL system. She ensures all workflows are running smoothly, notifications are sent correctly, and automations are functioning exactly as designed.

From behind the scenes, Geraldine makes sure your system is always working — handling leads, follow-ups, and client communication 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Her attention to detail helps ensure your clients receive timely, consistent care without anything falling through the cracks.

With Geraldine overseeing the technical setup and performance, you can trust that your Go-JEL platform is reliable, responsive, and supporting your business around the clock.

Meet Tricia

Tricia is our Google PPC Specialist, responsible for ensuring your ads run smoothly, efficiently, and strategically. She manages and optimizes Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, improve conversions, and maximize return on ad spend.

With a focus on performance and data, Tricia continuously monitors campaigns, adjusts targeting and budgets, and ensures your advertising dollars are working as hard as possible for your business.

Her expertise helps turn clicks into conversations — and conversations into clients.

Meet Emma

Emma oversees all communication across our businesses, ensuring every message, follow-up, and customer interaction is clear, consistent, and on brand. She plays a key role in shaping how clients experience our brands at every touchpoint.

In addition to managing communication, Emma also runs our Facebook advertising. She works closely with clients to create engaging, high-converting campaigns that generate leads and support long-term growth.
